These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you’), and Jinnah Trading LTD, concerning your access to and use of the Services. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept payment only via bank transfer.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made via the Services. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed necessary by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Euros.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping charges, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services.
POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We care about your privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Services, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United Arab Emirates. If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the UAE, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the UAE.
TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, deny access to and use of the Services, to any person for any reason or for no reason. We may terminate your use or participation in the Services at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.
If we terminate your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
GOVERNING LAW
All questions and disputes regarding the validity, interpretation, implementation, execution, or termination of these general terms and conditions or any quotation, order, or agreement thereunder will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with United Arab Emirates law. The Client explicitly acknowledges the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Without prejudice to any other provision of these terms and conditions, any claims of the Client arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions, or any quotation, order, or agreement thereunder will, in any case, expire after six (6) months from the date of fulfilment of the delivery and/or service.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms brought by either you or us, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
